- Review all judgments, if any with said parties
- Schedule closing with all paries (lenders, sellers, purchasers and attorneys)
- Prepare the HUD-1
- Prepare Affidavit of Title for purchasers
- Prepare closing package and make copy for the purchasers
- An experienced closer will attend the closing
- Disburse file and send all required documents out for recording
- Send post closing package to lender
- Forward copies of any required documents to sellers attorney
